ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your details. This merely confirms the information you provided and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and GARMENTISM is considered concluded only when you receive an email containing your shipment tracking information.

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on the site are accurate; however, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we are unable to contact you (within 5 business days), your order will be canceled. If you cancel your order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days , except during holiday periods when it may take up to 10 working days , subject to credit check and address verification.

Shipments are insured during transit from our warehouse until you sign for them; from that point, you are responsible for the products. Tracking information will be sent via email. If you don't receive it, please contact us at garmentism.sale@gmail.com

GARMENTISM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Undelivered orders will be returned to the sender, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment verification. During sales or periods of high demand, deliveries may take longer.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Online purchases are made in Euros.

We cannot guarantee that customs charges will be waived if the package is refused. In such cases, these charges will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple:
contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at garmentism.sale@gmail.com  and our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary instructions.

GARMENTISM accepts returns within 14 days of the order date.
Returns after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Products must be returned in new, unworn condition, with tags intact .
We do not accept items showing signs of use; in such cases, they will be returned to the customer.

Returns cannot be made on personalized or customized .

For refunds, we will credit the amount to the card used for payment, deducting taxes, duties, and shipping costs.

GARMENTISM is not responsible for items not returned correctly and we cannot take responsibility for packages until we receive them.

Your legal rights remain unchanged.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Diners Club.
All credit/debit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuer. If payment is declined, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery and reserve the right to cancel the order.

Subject to our contractual obligations relating to the supply of goods after acceptance of your order, neither we nor our directors, employees, suppliers or representatives will be liable, in contract, tort or negligence, for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

You agree to fully indemnify us, our directors, employees, and suppliers from any liability, cost, damage, loss, or expense, including legal fees, arising from your violation of the Terms or use of the Site.

We may suspend your access to the Site immediately if we believe that you have breached these terms.
